Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in customs operations or similar fields.
• Proficient knowledge of customs processes and procedures, including processing of customs passes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely documentation, clearance, and supply of all vehicle imports through Abu Dhabi ports.
• Prepare and submit Fuel Consumption Reports on time.
• Assist in timely clearance of all required vehicles and ensure they are supplied to customers promptly.
• Provide support for processing Bills of Entry and duty payment documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to achieve goals with the Senior Customs Administrator.
• Maintain records of fueling for AFL Fleet and new vehicles, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Report discrepancies or misuse of fuel/cards to management immediately.
• Assist in preparation of billing statements for submission to Regional Operations Manager monthly.
• Aid in preparation of staff customs/port pass processing requirements.
