Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit customs declarations and supporting documents for air shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and duty structures.
• Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve customs-related issues.
• Coordinate with customs officials, brokers, airlines, and internal teams to ensure seamless cargo release.
• Maintain accurate transaction records for audits and compliance reviews.
• Liaise with clients to provide shipment updates and address discrepancies.
• Assist with special permits, exemptions, and classification disputes.
• Generate reports on clearance performance, duty costs, and compliance risks.
