Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Senior Kitchen Artist to lead artistic culinary productions for luxury events and buffets. The role focuses on sculptural and edible installations, with collaboration across Culinary, Pastry, Events, and Design teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in luxury hospitality, formal culinary education, and proven leadership in creating high-end edible art while maintaining food safety standards.

Formación

• Advanced professional culinary knowledge with expertise in artistic and sculptural culinary disciplines.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience; specialized artistic training is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years in luxury hospitality focusing on artistic culinary production.
• Ability to plan, lead, and manage complex artistic culinary operations at senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concept development, design, and execution of large-scale edible and non-edible installations for events and venues.
• Produce sketches, scale drawings, and mock-ups for cross-team communication.
• Oversee safety, tempering, carving, transport, and installation of large pieces within tight timelines.
• Manage kitchen artist station operations, scheduling, inventory, and training records.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Pastry, Events, Design, and Operations to align installations with menus and guest experience.
