Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Lebanese cuisine to join its luxury culinary team. The role emphasizes menu development, high standards of preparation and presentation, and leadership of a large culinary staff in a premium dining environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, staff training, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations to ensure exceptional dining experiences in a prestigious setting.

Formación

• At least 5 years in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants.
• Strong ability to collaborate with brand partners for culinary experiences.
• Experience leading large culinary teams in high-end dining.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing and developing innovative, high-quality menus reflecting the latest culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
