Job summary

Bitcoin Suisse AG in Abu Dhabi is expanding its footprint in the UAE and seeks a Sales & Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with professional and institutional clients, supporting trading, custody and other crypto-financial services.

You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive growth across the Middle East through campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum experience in financial services, ideally in relationship management, trading or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance processes; familiarity with FSRA/ADGM regulations.
• Deep interest and knowledge of digital assets markets and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with professional and institutional clients in the digital assets space.
• Act as advisor by understanding client needs, trading objectives and risk profiles.
• Provide support across brokerage, trading, custody, lending and staking services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Lead onboarding of new prospects ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve service offerings.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and lead regional business development efforts.
• Represent the firm at industry events to expand network and promote Bitcoin Suisse AG.
