Bybit is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist/Relationship Manager to join our Abu Dhabi-based team, focusing on crypto derivatives sales and relationship management with institutional clients. You will drive acquisition, onboarding, and growth across a global client base while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

You will develop targeted sales strategies, stay ahead of market trends, and maintain strong client satisfaction to expand Bybit's presence in the crypto derivatives market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options sales.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
