Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CRO and e-commerce analytics with measurable revenue impact.
• Advanced GA4 analytics (funnels, explorations) and behavioral tools.
• End-to-end A/B and multivariate testing with statistical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction, and pricing/ promotions.
• Build and manage the hypothesis pipeline and testing standards.
• Communicate data-backed insights to senior leadership and own the revenue impact.
