Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Specialist to own Google Ads and Meta campaigns across brand and performance initiatives from anywhere in the world. You will build campaigns from scratch, run the daily optimization loop with strict approvals, and document AI-assisted workflows to scale paid search for a $1B+ business.

This remote role offers an annual package up to $106,250 with a base salary plus a monthly bonus, relocation and visa sponsorship available with optional Dubai

Qualifications

• 3+ years building, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• 2+ years building, managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Search and Performance Max; Shopping knowledge.
• Ability to design Google Ads structures from scratch with justification.
• Experience managing USD 500,000/month spend.
• Strong analytics using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
• Understanding of CRO and A/B testing principles.
• Experience using AI tools for research and execution.
• Attention to detail and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns from scratch across Search, Performance Max and Shopping.
• Run the daily optimization loop for Google Ads with Meta campaigns.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager for approvals on bidding and actions.
• Document repeatable AI-assisted workflows and validate against data.
• Work across time zones with a remote-first setup.
