• Review and determine borrower credit risk rating and ensure repayment capacity.
• Prepare credit proposals and underwrite loans in line with underwriting policies.
• Lead and train a small team of credit analysts for underwriting support.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in digitisation or automation projects within Group Credit.
