D4 Insight is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Engineer in Abu Dhabi to act as SME for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations. You will support card transformation, define requirements across card systems, banking cores, channels, and CRM, and ensure integration design aligns with business goals.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, deep knowledge of card lifecycles, and hands-on experience with major platforms.

Qualifications

8–12 years in Credit Card tech, operations, product management, or transformation.
Strong knowledge of the full Credit Card lifecycle.
Experience with VisionPLUS/PRIME/TSYS/Way4/PowerCARD or equivalents.
Proficiency in API, middleware and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilités

Act as SME for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations.
Define and validate requirements across card systems, core banking, channels, payment networks, and CRM.
Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration requirements.
Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, data mapping, and interface specifications.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams.
Support SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
Ensure compliance with card business rules, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to future-state card servicing and transformation strategies.
