Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Techno-Functional Engineer to act as SME for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations, supporting card transformation and integration design.

You will define requirements across card systems, core banking, channels, payment networks, and CRM, and coordinate with vendors, architects, and development teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. This role demands deep credit card domain expertise and strong integration skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Credit Card tech, operations, product management, or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Credit Card lifecycle.
• Experience with VisionPLUS, PRIME, TSYS, Way4, PowerCARD, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of integrations with Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payment Switches, Visa, Mastercard, CRM, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations.
• Define and validate requirements across card systems, core banking, channels, payment networks, collections, finance, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration requirements.
• Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, and interface specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with card business rules, regulatory requirements.
