Job summary

8Flamez in Dubai is seeking a video creator/editor who can film, edit and publish engaging content for multiple ventures across SaaS, CPG, and a beverage brand. The candidate must demonstrate a personal content portfolio and routinely use AI for scripting and editing.

Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work setup with founders direct access and frequent launch cycles to showcase your creativity.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of content you personally filmed and edited.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Daily use of AI for scripting, hooks, subtitles or speed.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create distinctive content for ventures across software, consumer goods and beverages.
• Plan and film creators, founders, products and customers.
• Edit short-form for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Snapchat with strong hooks, pacing, sound and subtitles.
• Build a versatile content bank: openings, cutdowns, stills and ad versions.
• Write captions and publish to venture accounts with correct tagging.
• Own content calendar and asset library for launches.
• Study viewer behavior to inform future content.
