Job summary

8FLAMEZ in Dubai is seeking a camera-focused producer and editor to document the founders’ ventures. You will shoot, edit for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and longer episodes, and manage captions, thumbnails, timing and publishing.

You will build a lasting footage archive and travel across the region and world with the team. Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage. Based in Dubai, on-site with global travel.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of documentary, vlog or behind-the-scenes content planned, shot, edited and published independently.
• Proficiency with camera, audio and lighting on the move, and fast in video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow the founders through brand deals, launches, partner meetings, shoots, trips and tough days.
• Plan the content: formats, story arcs, shot lists, publishing calendar.
