Job summary

8Flamez in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Creator Relations Lead to manage day-to-day relationships with external creators across multiple ventures. You will schedule shoots, coordinate with production teams, and ensure timely delivery for each launch.

You will work directly with the founders, use AI daily, and operate in a hybrid Dubai environment, shaping how new ventures launch and grow with the creators’ portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creators or high-profile personalities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to coordinate multiple launches across ventures.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day creator relationship across every venture.
• Turn agreed commitments into filming and publishing schedules for each launch and the ongoing support that follows.
• Lock in filming time early, working around travel, existing brand commitments and overlapping launch dates.
• Prepare every shoot with our content producer so each one has a clear purpose and a strong brief.
• Follow content through filming, editing, approval and publishing. Live means live, not "marked as delivered".
• Spot delays, clashes and brand conflicts early, bring a recovery plan, and elevate commercial or contract decisions to the founders.
• Keep one source of truth for commitments, approvals, usage rights and live links, with a weekly status covering what's done, what's at risk and what needs a decision.

Job description

Our creators are launching businesses, one every 1 to 2 months. Your job is to keep them involved and make sure the content actually ships.

Two non-negotiables: you use AI every single day, and you know exactly who 8FLAMEZ is before you apply. If either one is missing, this role is not for you.

WHO ARE WE?

For 4+ years, 8FLAMEZ has built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, with a roster that reaches 1B+ combined. Today we are the region's only creator-led venture group. We are due to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months. Three founders, one mandate: AboFlah, the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records; Saad Sarwar, a 2x exited founder; and Eyad Siyam, who leads content and creators.

This role covers venture participation and content delivery. It does not involve selling sponsorships.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You're borderline relentless about follow-through, without making every conversation feel like a chase.

• You've managed creators, talent or high-profile personalities, and can show commitments you took through to completion.


• You know how to work with creators and their teams across MENA. Fluent English is required and Arabic is a strong advantage.


• You can have the direct conversation about a missed commitment and keep the trust.


• You can run several launches at once without dropping one, using Notion, Google Calendar or similar, and AI daily to brief, track, summarise and stay ahead.


• You're organized, discreet and calm when plans change.


• Help creators build businesses they own, across software, consumer products and beverages, far beyond one-off campaigns.


• Work directly with the founders, with clear ownership of creator participation across the portfolio.


• Shape how the Ventures team operates as each new venture launches.
