Job summary

8FLAMEZ in Dubai is hiring a dedicated videographer and editor to follow the founders, shoot brand deals, launches, meetings, shoots, and travel days. You will own the visuals from planning through publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and longer YouTube formats.

You bring a portfolio of documentary, vlog or BTS content, comfort with on-the-move lighting and audio, and fluency in English; Arabic is a strong bonus.

Qualifications

Portfolio of documentary, vlog or BTS work planned, shot, edited and published.
Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
Based in Dubai with passport and travel freedom.
Proficient in camera, audio and lighting on the move.

Responsibilities

Follow the founders through brand deals, launches, partner meetings, shoots and travel days.
Plan content formats, story arcs, shot lists and a publishing calendar.
Shoot constantly; edit for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube.
Publish and manage the founders' channels with captions and thumbnails.
