Job summary

8FLAMEZ in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Creator Relations Manager to oversee day-to-day partnerships with our ventures. You will coordinate priorities, scheduling, and ongoing support for launches across SaaS, CPG, and beverage brands.

You will work with founders, manage travel and brand commitments, and ensure clear briefs for shoots, editing, approvals, and publishing, using Notion and calendar tools daily; English is essential, Arabic is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creators, talent or high-profile personalities and following commitments to completion.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion, calm under changing plans.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple launches simultaneously using Notion/Calendar.
• Ability to have direct conversations about missed commitments and maintain trust.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator relationships across each venture and manage their priorities, time and commitments.
• Turn commitments into filming/publishing schedules for launches and ongoing support.
• Schedule filming times early around travel and overlapping launch dates.
• Prepare every shoot with the content producer to ensure a clear brief and purpose.
• Oversee filming, editing, approvals and publishing; ensure live delivery beyond marked delivery.
• Identify delays or conflicts early and bring recovery/decisions to founders.
• Maintain a single source of truth for commitments, approvals, usage rights and live links with weekly status updates.
