Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of a 360° brand and creative strategy, shaping compelling concepts and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints. You will play a key role in strengthening brand identity, driving creative innovation and ensuring a consistent omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing brand and creative strategies.
• A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience.
• Strong omnichannel experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Experience across multiple creative disciplines, including design, video, production, packaging, visual merchandising and UX.
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
• Experience managing creative production, external agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated 360° campaigns aligned with the brand's identity, positioning and business objectives.
• Lead campaigns across digital, e‑commerce, CRM, visual merchandising and physical touchpoints.
• Oversee creative assets across design, video, production, packaging, visual merchandising and digital experiences.
• Develop production briefs, manage creative shoots and collaborate with external production partners.
• Partner with marketing, customer experience and commercial teams to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring brand consistency, quality and relevance across all channels.
