This strategic leadership role shapes the brand across product launches, packaging, digital campaigns, retail experiences, social media, exhibitions and corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Branding, Marketing or Communications.
• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership or branding.
• Minimum 5 years leading creative teams.
• Experience in consumer technology, electronics, retail, FMCG, lifestyle brands or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, digital marketing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic mindset with passion for branding and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead global brand strategy and creative direction.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Drive packaging, retail, digital and content development.
• Manage photography, videography, motion graphics and multimedia production.
• Lead, mentor and develop the creative team.
• Manage external agencies and partners.
