Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of a 360° brand and creative strategy across luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle channels.

You will shape brand identity, drive creative innovation and manage a team of creatives, delivering compelling campaigns while ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in managerial creative leadership.
• Strong omnichannel experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Experience across design, video, production, packaging, visual merchandising and UX.
• Excellent storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
• Experience managing production and external agencies.
• Proactive leadership style with collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a 360° brand and creative strategy.
• Guard brand identity and ensure consistent creative direction.
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative campaigns across channels.
