Job summary

Currie & Brown are seeking a Senior Cost Manager with post contract experience to join our growing Abu Dhabi team on a datacentre project.

You will provide accurate cost advice, lead on cost management services, and support project leaders to deliver high-standard services to clients while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. MRICS is preferred and experience in a global consultancy and datacentre delivery is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• MRICS membership is preferred.
• Experience delivering technical work in a global consultancy.
• Experience in datacentre construction is preferred.
• Strong writing, presentation and client-facing communication.
• Organised, proactive, and commercially astute.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Lead setting objectives and priorities, acting as a proactive team player.
• Maintain effective communication for project completion; liaise with managers for financial control.
• Undertake cost management services with limited supervision.
• Deliver outputs accurately and on time.
• Support the team leaders in cost management of projects.
• Represent the company professionally; meet, negotiate and maintain strong client relationships.
