Kingston Stanley is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Recruiter in Dubai to own the 360° recruitment lifecycle and build a specialist market. You will work with leading clients, connect top talent with exciting opportunities, and have the autonomy to grow your desk within a well-established UAE recruitment business.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years recruitment experience.
• Strong experience within a 360° agency recruitment environment.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process from BD through to placement.
• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Build your specialist network across Corporate Services and Professional Services.
• Source, engage and assess high-quality candidates.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide clients and candidates with market insights and recruitment expertise.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your desk.
• Negotiate offers and drive the recruitment process to successful placement.
