Job summary

HRsource is seeking a Producer to deliver high-impact live events, brand experiences and activations for luxury and premium brands in Dubai. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, managing budgets, suppliers and timelines to ensure flawless execution that meets the standard luxury clients expect.

In this role you will oversee end-to-end production for luxury retail events, including store openings, product launches and VIP experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of production experience in events or experiential agencies.
• Proven experience delivering events for luxury retail brands (fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty).
• Excellent eye for detail and adherence to luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage events end to end from client brief through planning and on-site delivery.
• Produce luxury retail events such as store openings, launches, VIP clienteles, and pop-ups.
• Create budgets, timelines and critical paths; coordinate premium suppliers and venues.
• Oversee run-of-show, site plans, and production schedules.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to bring concepts to life.
• Lead on-site delivery including build, show, and de-rig.
• Ensure health and safety, permits, and venue compliance.
• Conduct post-event wrap-ups and reporting.

Job description

We’re looking for a Producer to deliver high-impact live events, brand experiences and activations for leading luxury and premium brands. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, managing budgets, suppliers and timelines to deliver flawless events to the standard luxury clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events end to end, from client brief and concept through planning and on-site delivery
• Deliver luxury retail events, including store openings, product launches, VIP clienteles, pop-ups and brand activations
• Build and manage production budgets, timelines and critical paths
• Source, brief and manage premium suppliers and venues, including AV, staging, fabrication, F&B and talent
• Produce run-of-show documents, production schedules, site plans and technical riders
• Act as the day-to-day client contact for production matters, upholding brand guidelines and standards
• Work closely with creative, design and account teams to bring concepts to life
• Lead on-site delivery, including build, live show and de-rig
• Ensure health and safety, permits and venue and mall compliance
• Run post-event wrap-ups, reconciliations and reporting

Requirements

• 4–7 years of production experience in an events or experiential agency
• Essential: proven experience delivering events for luxury retail brands (fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty)
• Strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of luxury brand standards
• Strong UAE or GCC event delivery experience, with an established premium supplier network
• Strong budget management and negotiation skills
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable with tight deadlines
• Understanding of technical production: AV, lighting, staging and fabrication
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends around events
