Job summary

Qualifications

Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions and governance.
Ability to draft, review and negotiate shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, NDAs, and similar documents.
Solid regulatory and compliance knowledge for Dubai/UAE, free zones and onshore structures.
Experience managing complex transactions, coordinating multiple stakeholders, providing strategic advice to corporate clients.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with business-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate documents.
Advise on company formations, restructurings, M&A, and joint ventures.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for clients.
