Job summary

CapeClarke seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our Dubai team, focusing on high-value corporate transactions, M&A, JVs and strategic investments for international clients.

You will handle complex cross-border matters, draft and negotiate key agreements, manage deals end-to-end, and mentor junior lawyers while building strong client relationships in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions from inception through completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, investments and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation (share purchase, shareholders', joint venture, investment agreements, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties, advisers and other legal teams to manage transactions.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice on corporate and transactional issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice development.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate across offices and practice areas on multi-jurisdictional matters.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join an international law firm in Dubai, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and strategic investments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working on sophisticated, cross-border transactions and advising clients on their most important strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions from inception through completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, investments and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements and ancillary documents.
• Manage transactions effectively, coordinating with clients, counterparties, advisers and other legal teams.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice on corporate and transactional issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the corporate practice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across offices and practice areas on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

About You

You will be a qualified lawyer with strong corporate/M&A experience, gained within a leading international law firm.

You should have:
