Buchanan in Dubai is seeking a high-caliber M&A Associate to join its corporate practice. You’ll work on cross-border transactions for multinational corporates, sovereign investors and private equity sponsors.

The role offers relocation to Dubai with exposure to high-value deals and close interaction with partners on multi-jurisdictional matters within a globally recognised platform.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor or qualified in another common law jurisdiction.
• Experience in M&A or corporate transactions at a leading international law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercially minded with good communication.
• Open to relocation to Dubai and handling regional transactions.
• Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Develop strong client relationships with regional corporates and international investors.

A leading Magic Circle law firm is seeking an M&A Associate to join its Dubai corporate practice. The team advises multinational corporates, sovereign investors and private equity sponsors on complex cross-border transactions across the Middle East and internationally.

This opportunity is suited to a high-performing corporate associate looking to relocate to the Middle East and gain exposure to high-value regional and international M&A transactions within a globally recognised platform.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
