Job summary

Thinking Search is seeking a Corporate Associate in Abu Dhabi to handle high-value domestic and cross-border transactions within a leading international firm. You will join a collaborative practice advising on M&A, private equity, ECM and capital markets matters for regional and international clients.

The role offers exposure to cross-border deals and opportunities for professional growth within a globally connected team, with a supportive environment and broad development prospects.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience advising on corporate transactions within a leading international or regional law firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills.
• Commercially minded with strong business awareness.
• Proven ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is advantageous.
• Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM matters
• Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation
• Support transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through to completion and post-completion matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership
• Mentor and support junior members of the team
• Work closely with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters
