Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual governance for ADNOC offshore projects. The role requires deep expertise in EPC/EPCI contracts, FIDIC frameworks, and complex risk management.

You will interface with ADNOC, PMC team and EPC contractors to safeguard commercial integrity, resolve disputes, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints on multi-billion dollar capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in Contracts, Commercial, and Project Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• 10+ years in senior Contracts Management roles on major EPC/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and govern all contractual and commercial activities for the ADNOC Offshore Project.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ADNOC, the PMC team and EPC contractors.
• Ensure EPC/EPCI contract alignment with project objectives and governance.
• Mitigate risk and manage claims/variations on offshore assets.
