Job summary

KBR Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Procurement Engineer for offshore development projects.

You will lead procurement activities, coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services in compliance with ADNOC specifications and company procedures. The role requires 15+ years in procurement for Oil & Gas EPC/PMC, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity, and strong knowledge of offshore facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects.
• At least 5 years in a Lead Procurement Engineer role.
• Experience on ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Onshore, or major Middle East projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore facilities, brownfield and greenfield developments.
• Experience procuring static/rotating equipment, packages, E&I materials, and piping bulk items.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for offshore oil & gas EPC/PMC projects.
• Develop procurement plans, strategies, and schedules aligned with milestones.
• Manage procurement of major equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and report status to project management.
