Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an experienced Interface Manager for an offshore Subsea Project in Abu Dhabi. You will identify, manage and resolve all internal and external interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to ensure safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of offshore interfaces, strong leadership and stakeholder coordination with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPCs and vendors, including brownfield and SIMOPS coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Minimum 8 years in Interface Management, Project Engineering or PM roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan.
• Coordinate interfaces between ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPCs, Vendors and Operations.
• Ensure timely closure of interface actions and effective risk mitigation.
• Coordinate tie‑ins, brownfield modifications and offshore shutdown planning.
• Prepare interface reports, registers and dashboards for leadership.
