Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong experience in EPC contracts and contract administration.
Proven experience in managing contractual claims, variations, change orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
Good knowledge of contract terms and conditions, commercial risks, and contractual obligations.
Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual correspondence, notices, claims, amendments, and commercial documentation.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and subcontractors.
Previous experience in UAE/GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms and previous ADNOC project experience will be an advantage.
