Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QS, CE, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of contract administration or related.
• Experience in service contracts and subcontract agreements and contractual correspondence.
• MRICS/MCIArb accreditation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Effective administration and management of the main contract and major subcontract packages.
• Timely preparation and management of contractual correspondence notices and documentation.
• Contractual compliance across all service delivery activities.
• Identification and mitigation of contractual risks and potential disputes.
