Job summary

Farrow & Farrow, a leading international law firm, seeks a Senior Associate to join its Construction & Projects team in Dubai. The role focuses on high-value infrastructure, energy and real estate development, advising developers, contractors, funders and public bodies.

You will handle procurement, contract drafting, and project documentation for major schemes, while guiding junior lawyers and contributing to BD initiatives. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience.
Familiarity with standard form construction contracts and project agreements.
Experience advising on infrastructure, energy or real estate development projects.
Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Advise on non-contentious construction matters, including procurement, drafting and negotiation of building contracts and professional appointments.
Lead on project documentation for major infrastructure and development schemes.
Advise on standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and bespoke arrangements.
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day contact.
Supervise and support the development of junior team members.
Contribute to business development and sector-focused initiatives.
