Job summary

Turner & Townsend Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction Management to oversee complex construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality across all phases.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage contracts and procurement, and maintain strict health, safety and regulatory compliance under UAE standards. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities with detailed documentation.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-control measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Lead project teams including contractors and internal staff.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
