Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed per schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Review drawings, specs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Track milestones and prepare progress reports for management.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
