Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and building codes.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera or equivalent.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities with detailed documentation.
• Manage budgets and expenditures; implement cost controls.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction Management to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee complex construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones while maintaining detailed project documentation
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and develop contingency plans
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and UAE regulations
• Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and maintain project efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including local UAE safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local UAE regulations
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced time management and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in contract management and procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects
