You will plan, supervise teams, manage contracts and stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities with detailed documentation.
• Manage project budgets and implement cost control measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with contingency planning.
• Oversee QA/QC to ensure compliance with codes and UAE regulations.
• Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
