Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to act as the client interface, delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding quality, sustainability and safety standards.

The successful candidate will combine strong precontract and post-contract delivery expertise with excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders across large-scale building projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Buildings sector experience.
• Minimum 8 years Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage governance, communication and management control systems for client services and works.
• Review organisation structures of the parties and recommend alignment measures.
• Monitor overall team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures.
• Audit compliance with management system requirements and report as required.
• Identify project risks and manage mitigations.
• Lead weekly technical and progress meetings and manage design stage deliverables.
