Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven track record supervising large-scale projects.
• Experience with MS Project and Primavera; contract management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure safety and UAE regulations.
• Lead project teams including contractors and laborers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost control.
• Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and vendor relationships.
