Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and architectural project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities per drawings, specs, and codes.
• Lead construction supervision teams and provide technical guidance for project execution.
• Review methodologies, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize delivery and minimize delays.
• Prepare inspection reports, logs, and progress documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts.
