Job summary

Meraki Integrated Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, optimizing resources and controlling costs.

The candidate should have 10–15 years of total experience, UAE exposure, and a Civil Engineering degree. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is preferred for reporting and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years total experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial/residential/mixed-use buildings.
• Experience as CM on at least 2 residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan construction works per drawings, specs, ITPs and standards.
• Monitor progress and prepare recovery programs for delays.
• Manage manpower, materials and M&P for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
• Ensure 100% quality by Right First Time and proper checks.
• Promote safety and 100% site housekeeping on site.
• Control material wastage and perform reconciliations.
• Suggest value engineering and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain documentation and logs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate with the team.
