Job summary

IRTH Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of assigned contracting projects in accordance with contract requirements, programme, budget and HSSE standards.

You will coordinate project resources, manage subcontractors and ensure drawings, materials, labour and approvals are available when required, acting as the primary liaison between the site team and planning, cost control, procurement, design and QA/QC

Qualifications

• Relevant construction project management experience
• Ability to coordinate design, procurement and site teams
• Solid knowledge of HSSE, QA/QC and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, planning and execution from start to handover
• Coordinate civil, structural, MEP and subcontractor activities
• Maintain records, progress reports and change control
• Ensure compliance with contract, budget and schedules
