Job summary

IRTH, based in the UAE, seeks a Senior Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on busy construction sites.

You will review drawings, monitor progress, allocate resources, and resolve on-site issues, while upholding QA/QC, HSE standards, and client expectations across large-scale building and infrastructure schemes in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/ME/EE or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Strong site execution and supervision experience.
• Experience on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• UAE/GCC construction experience desirable.
• Knowledge of drawings, specifications, method statements, and site procedures.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Relevant UAE engineering registration/authority approvals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Review drawings, ensure alignment with latest revisions.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Maintain QA/QC and HSE standards; address on-site issues.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
