Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a high-rise building project in Dubai. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across all phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary works, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior management. A minimum 12 years in construction, with UAE/GCC experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on major high-rise building projects.
• UAE or GCC construction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handover.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and workforce.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor progress against the approved programme and implement recovery plans when required.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, façade, fit-out and MEP works.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics efficiently.
• Resolve construction, technical and coordination issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project quality requirements.
• Prepare regular progress, risk and performance reports for senior management.
