Job summary

IRTH Group seeks a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of contracting projects in Dubai, ensuring alignment with contract scope, programme, budget and HSSE requirements.

You will oversee coordination across civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works, manage teams, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project records to support timely decisions and communications.

Qualifications

• Review contract, scope, drawings, specifications, programme, budget and project requirements.
• Establish project execution plan, organisation structure, responsibility matrix and communication procedures.
• Coordinate mobilisation of project personnel, subcontractors, permits, plant, equipment and site services.
• Identify critical activities, long-lead items, risks and constraints early.
• Set clear project objectives, priorities and performance expectations.
• Ensure approvals, insurances, securities, permits and documentation are in place.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution from mobilisation through completion.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, method statements and programmes.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works.
• Ensure adequate labour, supervision, materials, plant and fronts.
• Monitor productivity, sequencing and resource use; apply corrective actions.
• Chair regular progress and coordination meetings; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain records of progress, changes, delays, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate with planning to develop baseline programme and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and ensure alignment with approved programme.
• Identify delays and recovery measures; provide timely progress reports.
• Coordinate with cost control on budgets and forecasted costs.
• Monitor costs; prevent unauthorised expenditure; ensure on-time reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, material submissions, deliveries and inspections.
• Manage subcontractors; monitor performance, HSSE compliance and adherence to programme.
• Understand contractual obligations; liaise on variations, claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate design, technical, and MEP information; manage changes and constructability.
