Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a high-value construction project.
• Ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all aspects of project scope including high-rise, residential or commercial components.
• Develop and execute a delivery strategy aligned with organizational plans.
• Set up processes and controls for timelines and resources.
• Establish risk management processes to mitigate risks.
