Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects. You will ensure delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards, coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 15+ years in civil construction, proven experience from inception to handover, and GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise residential/commercial building projects from inception to handover.
• GCC experience preferred; preferred industry: Construction / Real Estate Development (High‑Rise Buildings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resource allocation, and project costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
