Job summary

Fujairah Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction with 10+ years of experience to lead projects from pre-construction planning through execution, completion, and handover. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE, and UAE authority regulations.

The candidate will manage the full lifecycle, develop schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in construction project management.
UAE or GCC construction experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-construction planning through execution and handover.
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Provide reports to management and manage risks and variations.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety regulations, and local codes.
