Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from initiation through completion and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and adjust costs and timelines as needed.
• Track milestones with MS Project or similar tools.
• Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
