Job summary

Fujairah Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction with 10+ years of experience to lead projects from pre-construction planning through execution, completion, and handover. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE, and UAE authority regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• UAE or GCC construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction planning through execution and handover.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Provide reports to management and manage risks and variations.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety regulations, and local codes.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction with 10+ years of experience to lead projects from pre-construction planning through execution, completion, and handover. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage risks, variations, costs, and project performance.
• Lead progress meetings and provide clear reports to management.
• Resolve site, technical, and operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• UAE or GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Good understanding of QA/QC, HSE, and UAE construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.
