Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil or architectural engineering.
• 15+ years in construction management, preferably high-rise.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and QA/QC.
• Proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control all site activities to achieve productivity targets and adherence to approved project schedules.
• Develop, implement, and monitor construction methodologies and production control systems, including preparation of method statements and work procedures.
• Prepare work packages, construction sequences, and pre-start activity plans.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site logistics with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Plan and manage pre-commissioning activities, final handover, and closure of all snag items.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring effective site organization and allocation of responsibilities.
• Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved construction programs, method statements, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Track, document, and communicate all design changes and site instructions as directed by the Project Manager or Consultant.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor activities, conducting regular site meetings to review progress, productivity, quality, and corrective actions.
• Review site quality observations, NCRs, and inspection reports, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all inspections and tests are carried out and approved prior to covering up works, in coordination with the QA/QC team.
• Manage non-conforming works and oversee remedial and corrective activities.
• Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, resolving technical issues in coordination with Engineering and the Project Manager.
